Everything you need to know about NumeraLoop
What is NumeraLoop?
NumeraLoop is a dashboard that helps you manage your Twilio phone numbers in one place. You connect your Twilio account, and NumeraLoop lets you forward calls and SMS, make and receive calls from your browser, send single SMS or bulk campaigns, and view activity and usage in a simple interface. We don't replace Twilio – we make it easier to use.
Do I need my own Twilio account to use NumeraLoop?
Yes. NumeraLoop is built on top of Twilio. You create or use your existing Twilio account, add your Twilio credentials inside NumeraLoop, and select the numbers you want to manage. All calls, SMS, and charges still happen through your Twilio account.
Does NumeraLoop bypass any Twilio or carrier restrictions?
No. NumeraLoop does not bypass Twilio rules or telecom regulations. Everything that applies to your Twilio account also applies inside NumeraLoop, including country-specific SMS rules, registration requirements, sending limits, and compliance policies. We are simply a control panel on top of your Twilio account.
Will SMS work in every country? What about 10DLC in the US?
SMS delivery depends on the country of your Twilio number, the destination country, and local regulations and registrations required for that route. For example, in the US, many long-code numbers require proper registration (such as business messaging registration) before SMS will deliver reliably. If your Twilio number is not correctly registered or approved, SMS may fail or be blocked, even if you are using NumeraLoop. NumeraLoop does not remove these requirements – it uses whatever status your Twilio number already has. If SMS is not working, you will usually need to fix the registration or compliance inside Twilio, not NumeraLoop.
Can I use my existing Twilio numbers?
Yes. You can connect any existing Twilio numbers from your account into NumeraLoop, as long as the numbers are active in your Twilio account and you have permission/access to that Twilio project. After connecting, you can configure call forwarding, SMS forwarding, browser calling and campaigns from the NumeraLoop dashboard.
